Saibot is my private personal assistant for managing tasks, finding information and working with my own email.
Email, connected directly.
Saibot connects to my Gmail account using Google’s authorization system. It can find and read messages and attachments, summarize conversations, prepare drafts, and send or reply to emails on my behalf. Mail organization features depend on the permissions granted.
Personal by design.
The assistant runs on my own computer. This website provides information about the project and its data practices. It does not provide access to the assistant, my inbox or my dashboard.
How Gmail data is handled
Relevant email content may be processed by the configured AI provider to carry out a task. Message copies and task history may be retained on my computer and in backups. The privacy policy explains the data flow, storage, access controls and revocation.
Saibot’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
